Vegan Day 1

Breakfast

  • Water
  • Oatmeal with almond milk, frozen fruit, homemade granola and cinnamon
  • Coffee with almond milk



Lunch
  • Rice with vegetables
  • Water  

Snack
  • Vegan cookies
  • Coffee with almond milk

Dinner
  • Rice with more vegetables 
  • Water 

Until tomorrow! Hopefully I will keep my promise and succeed in this 5 day vegan plan.
